Shipping policy

We process Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays and weekends.

Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders must be placed by 12:30 pm EST to ship out the same day. All orders including overnight shipping received over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.

If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.

SHIPPING

Our standard shipping is delivered 3 - 5 days via USPS or FEDEX with signature confirmation and insurance.

Standard shipping is Priority Mail. Orders shipped with Priority Mail generally arrive in 2-3 business days, after processing depending on the distance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not control the method in which your products are delivered once responsibility is handed over to the shipping company.

You will receive an email with detailed tracking information as soon as the shipping label for your order is printed. It may take a few hours for the tracking information to update.
